Many of us lost power at about 5:30 a.m., at least on the south end of town. Police
were seen directing traffic where traffic lights were knocked out.
Power appeared
to be restored at about 6:50 a.m.
No word from PSE&G about the cause or spread of the outage. Let us know if you were
hit and any experiences, e-mail below. Police had no information on the number of custoemrs affected or the cause, but said
it was in several areas of the township.
